New Unit Owner Application and Background Check


1) The Condo Association will run a background check for each individual.

2) The Board will review the application and results.

3) After their review, the Board will schedule a meeting with applicant(s), on either a Monday or Thursday at 6:00pm at the Tavares Public Library. The Board has 15 days after receiving the background check to schedule this meeting.


Any and all parties who are taking title of a unit (your name is on the Deed) within Tavares Ridge Condominium must complete the new owner application, have their background checked completed, and must meet the Board in person in order to obtain the Association’s approval. 

If you are a unit owner, you can register and log in for additional forms and information.
