Tavares Ridge Condominiums is resident owned and operated.  We are an all-age community with a limited number of rentals allowed. Our spacious condo homes are one-story wood frame construction with either two or three bedrooms and one designated owner parking space. Many of our condo homes have screened back porches or sunrooms. Tavares Ridge amenities include a beautiful pool and parking for boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles in a separate designated area. Our pet friendly community allows two dogs per home.

Our community is located in Lake County, Florida near the “Golden Triangle” where Tavares, Eustis and Mount Dora meet. You are minutes away from downtown Tavares full of shops, antique stores, and restaurants, or downtown Mount Dora with historical buildings, a variety of shops, restaurants and activities. Orlando is only about 30 minutes away and the theme parks are less than an hour drive from our condominium homes.

Closer to home there is a Publix shopping center around the corner and we are minutes away from restaurants, shopping and The Villages.  The City of Tavares, America’s Seaplane City, with a seaplane base boasts an estimated population of just under 18,000.
