Wind Mitigation Inspection - June 2

The Wind Mitigation Inspection will be conducted on Monday, June 2, 2025 by CFL Inspection LLC (Ryan LaMere). He will need access to one unit’s attic per building or half building depending on how your roof was recently installed. The HOA has the right to access the unit’s attic when deemed necessary. Since this is a requirement by our insurance company it is deemed necessary. All of the new roofs have been installed, so please make time to allow access to your unit’s attic that coincides with CFL Inspection LLC date of service of June 2nd starting at 8am.


The following units will need to be prepared for the Wind Mitigation Inspection:

25, 26, 27, 28

49, 50, 51, 52

65, 66, 67, 68

73, 74, 75, 76

105, 106, 107, 108

111, 112

119, 120

123, 124

125, 126

133, 134, 135, 136

141, 142, 143, 144

145, 146, 147, 148

153, 154, 155, 156


If you are not available on June 2nd, please check with your neighbors to see if they will be available. We will need one unit owner to be home per building or half building. If we do not have access to one unit per building/half building, then the rescheduling fee will be split and assessed to that specific building’s unit owners.

 

The HOA will not be responsible for the damage of any locked or painted attic access. Please make any necessary changes or adjustments before the inspector arrives to allow for easy access. If any fees occur due to additional time spent at a unit that is due to accessibility because of reasons such or similar to these, then these fees will be assessed to the unit owner.

 

If you have pets, you will be required to put them in a closed room away from the attic access while the Wind Mitigation Inspection is being conducted. If this is not followed and we are required to reschedule your unit, you will be assessed the rescheduling fee.

 

This is something we are required to do to by our insurance company, and you are being provided with more than 48 hours’ notice.
