2025 Monthly Dues and Coupons

2024 is coming to a close and

2025 will be here sooner than we think.

This year has flown by, and we look forward to a new year.

The new 2025 Monthly Fee is $288.95.

Please be aware coupons will NOT

automatically be sent this year.

If you would like to receive coupons you will need to email RealManage at TavRidge@ciramail.com to request them. The Board will pay for any requested coupon until February 28, 2025. If you request coupons AFTER February 28, 2025, you will be responsible for paying the fee.

More than 80% of the community is set up on auto draft or autopay so this was an expense that was voted on to not pay this year. Very few people send in their coupons when they are paying via check, so these funds were put to a better use.

Again, if you want coupons, please request them via email BEFORE 2/28/2025 and the Board will pay the fee for them.
