We have approved ONLY the peephole cams for the doors to be used.  This is a camera or video device that replaces the existing peep hole hardware in the door. You should keep the peephole hardware if you decide to this so that you can put it back later or if you sell your condo home. (Note: You are not allowed to attach anything else to the doors, windows or building structure.) Any other items will be a violation and subject to fines.

 

This community has NEVER allowed you to attach anything to the building. You do not own the building and you cannot attach anything to the outside of the structure.

If you have a camera or other item in the outside of the building you will be sent a violation notice and asked to remove the item.
